Beautiful boots and delightful dresses

I have decided my staple items for Spring/Summer 2010 are going to be dresses (of course!) and ankle boots. I found some really cute items at last weeks Leeds fair. I really wish i had bought all of the boots i spotted but they were snapped up before i got round to it grrrr! I'm not surprised though as it's rare to find such perfect and unique boots for just £25, i was very impressed. I managed to get two dresses from Lynda at 'From Vintage To Vogue' at the York fair this weekend though! 'From Vintage To Vogue' is fast becoming one of my favourite stalls, every time i look there are more gorgeous little floral dresses yum! Best of all they start from around £15... Bargain!

Liverpool & York vintage fairs this weekend

We're still on the road, and for all those who missed us at Leeds last week we have two more northern vintage fairs this Saturday & Sunday.

We'll be stopping off at Liverpool John Moores on Saturday 30th January from 11am - 4pm with 30 stalls of vintage clothes, accessories and homewares. We have vintage cakes by cupcake palace to boost your energy levels for the shop fest thats going to take place.

On Sunday 31st January between 10:30am - 4:30pm we will be at The Hospitium, York. Two floors of vintage clobber and a fabulous vintage tea party courtesy of the Marvelous Tea Dance Ladies.

Both of these are sale fairs so its only £1.00 on the door and all stall holders will be bringing sale rails.

Leeds Vintage Fair Goodness

It was a fabulous start to the new vintage fair year in Leeds on Sunday with 800 visitors picking up some real vintage bargains! There was an amazing bustling atmosphere and it was great to see everyone going home with bags full of vintage clothes, accessories and homewares. I can't wait for the Liverpool and York fairs this weekend. Here are lots of lovely photos for you to feast your eyes on. Enjoy!

The Big Issue in the North

I'm so excited that we're back in vintage fair season. It's been 6 weeks and one day since we held our last fair (in London) and I've been itching to get back to business.

What vintage style means to me..

Here's the second winner of our 'what vintage style means to me' competition:
